Precast Top of Wall Elements

• Barrier – Barrier atop MSE structures may be cast-in-place or precast and when required have a standard Jersey shape.
• Coping – Coping atop MSE structures may be cast-in-place orprecast which provides an aesthetical appearing structure.
• Segmental Block – MSE Walls, which utilize segmental block facingin various sizes from 1’, X 1’ to bigger blocks up to 2’ X 5’.
• Half Connector - Half Connectors are precast units typically 2’ in height which allow for slip forming of the barrier shape atop MSE structures.

Utilities & Storm water

JEM Utility and Storm water division was established because of client requests to expand our services on existing contracts. Initially, the division strategically focused on installation of storm water systems, inlets, and structures related to installation of MSE and Sound walls, but have evolved to include water, sewer, fire, electrical duct banks, and emergency responses.

JEM’s Storm water and Utility division continues to expand and is now comprised of multiple crews and significant investment in equipment. With the increasing demands on our Infrastructure and Utility systems, JEM provides comprehensive services for our client.
